Completed in the spring of 2024, ANIMA Eco Lodge is a boutique development of 4 luxury villas nestled in the lush jungle of Mawun, South Lombok. Located just 15 minutes west of Kuta and only a short 2-minute drive from pristine white-sand beaches, this hilltop retreat offers breathtaking views of Mawun and Tampah beaches, making it one of the most picturesque locations in Lombok.
Each of the four one-bedroom villas is thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind, built from eco-friendly bamboo and featuring a private pool, lush garden, fully equipped kitchen, and open-air showers. Blending luxury with nature, ANIMA Eco Lodge provides a serene escape for guests seeking relaxation and tranquility.
With a build size of 320 m² and 4 private pools, this project has maintained a consistently high occupancy rate of 90%, delivering an exceptional guest experience. Completed in 2024, ALAJYRA Villas is a boutique development of 2 private villas in the center of Kuta, Lombok. Just minutes from popular cafés, restaurants, gyms, and Kuta Beach, this prime location offers both convenience and a peaceful escape.
Each villa is designed with a mix of European elegance and boho charm, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. One villa features two bedrooms, while the other has one bedroom, making them perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers.

We started with a 1.22-hectare piece of land, just a few minutes outside Kuta, carefully planning and developing it into 11 individual plots, most of which offer stunning sea views of Kuta Beach.
Each plot presents a prime opportunity for future homeowners and investors. As part of the development, we built essential infrastructure, including roads, to ensure seamless access to every plot.
Looking ahead, construction of the Lanser Residential Area will begin in March 2025, bringing a vibrant new community to life. The project will feature 43 modern villas, a Surf Camp, and a Café.
