Lanser residential area

Overview

We started with a 1.22-hectare piece of land, just a few minutes outside Kuta, carefully planning and developing it into 11 individual plots, most of which offer stunning sea views of Kuta Beach.

Each plot presents a prime opportunity for future homeowners and investors. As part of the development, we built essential infrastructure, including roads, to ensure seamless access to every plot.

Looking ahead, construction of the Lanser Residential Area will begin in March 2025, bringing a vibrant new community to life. The project will feature 43 modern villas, a Surf Camp, and a Café.
